About Dr. Hatanaka
After graduating from Kaimuki High School in 1973, Dr. Hatanaka attended UH and then later USC where he graduated with a BA in Sociology. He graduated from the USC Dental School in 1981.
While his 3 children were growing up he was involved coaching various youth sports teams in such leagues as Hawaii Kai, Wai-Kahala, KAC and Manoa.
Now that his children are no longer in college, he spends his spare time taking his beagle Ziggy to the beach and being commissioner of his friends and family's various Fantasy Sports leagues.

We are also proud to be a member of the American Society of Implant and reconstructive dentistry (ASIRD).
